Qu'est-ce que MODE

Mode est un terme qui a de nombreuses utilisations dans les composants électroniques.

Différents modes existent en fonction du fonctionnement du composant électronique.

Par exemple, voici une description des modes de certains composants électroniques.

Modes d'un transistor de jonction bipolaire (BJT): BJTS fonctionne généralement en trois modes: mode actif, mode de saturation et mode de blocage.

En mode agressif, une tension est appliquée à travers la combinaison de collector de base et les flux de courant, tandis qu'en mode saturation, une tension quasi maximale est appliquée à travers la combinaison de collecteur de base, entraînant un courant maximum.

En mode d'arrêt, très peu de tension est appliquée à travers le couplage de collecteur primaire, donc pas de courant.

Modes d'un transistor à effets de champ (MOSFET) (MOSFET): MOSFETS fonctionnent généralement en trois modes: mode de désintégration du canal, mode de saturation et mode d'arrêt.

En mode de décroissance du canal, la tension de la porte est utilisée pour atténuer la tension de canal, et en mode saturation, la tension de grille étend suffisamment le canal pour permettre au courant de s'écouler.

En mode blocage, la tension de porte empêche tout courant de circuler dans le canal.

Modes de diodes électroluminescentes (LED): les LED fonctionnent normalement en mode agressif, émettant de la lumière lorsqu'une tension est appliquée.

Dans les composants électroniques, le mode est l'un des termes importants pour décrire le fonctionnement de ce composant.
